Vaidehi Jonna, MD, FAAP, attended Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital & Research Centre – Puducherry in her native country, India, and received her medical degree in 1981. Following her relocation to the United States, she completed her pediatric residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. (1993-1996). In addition, Dr. Jonna received board certification in pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she maintains several active professional memberships, which allow her to remain abreast of the latest developments in her specialty.
